Duty-free shopping is available to foreign visitors with a 6 month+ visa who satisfy the following conditions.

※Consumable goods such as cosmetics and perfume as well as products sold at the “Yen=g” store on the 7th floor of the Nagoya Store Main Building are excluded from the duty-free service.
※Purchases for the purpose of resale are excluded from the duty-free service.
※ Products purchased with the duty-free service are not covered by warranty.
※When paying with a credit card, the name on the credit card must be the same as the name on the passport.
